What is PROSIGHT 2026?

PROSIGHT 2026 is an international academic conference organized by PMI Indonesia Chapter, focusing on human-centered project leadership and capability development in the AI-augmented era.

When and where will the conference take place?

The conference will be held on 7 October 2026 in Bali, Indonesia. It will be an onsite-only event (no virtual participation).

Who should attend PROSIGHT 2026?

Researchers, academics, practitioners, policymakers, doctoral students, and industry professionals interested in project management, leadership, and AI integration.

📄 Paper Submission

What is the submission deadline?

The submission deadline is 15 July 2026.

How do I submit my paper?

All papers must be submitted through the EasyChair submission system. You'll need to create an account if you don't have one already.

What are the paper requirements?

Papers should be 6–8 pages (including references), written in English, following IEEE/APA format, and submitted in double-blind format.

What are the conference tracks?

The conference has 4 thematic tracks:

💳 Registration

How much does registration cost?

Registration fees vary by category (PMI Member, Non-Member, Student) and timing (Early Bird vs Regular). Please check the Registration page for detailed pricing.

Do I need to register if my paper is accepted?

Yes, presenter registration is mandatory for accepted authors. Papers will only be included in proceedings if the presenter is registered and presents at the conference.

What's included in my registration?

Full access to all sessions, conference kit, lunch and coffee breaks, certificate of attendance, and PDU claim guidance document.

🏆 PDU Information

How many PDUs can I claim?

Participants may claim up to 12–14 PDUs, subject to PMI guidelines. Final PDU allocation will be announced prior to the conference.

What PDU categories are available?

PDU categories may include Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen, depending on the sessions attended.

📖 Publication

Will my paper be published?

Accepted and presented papers will be included in conference proceedings. Selected papers may be considered for publication with journal partners (subject to editorial standards).

Will the proceedings be indexed?

Papers will be submitted for indexing subject to publication partner agreements. Details on Scopus/Sinta indexing will be announced.
